THE ROLE About the opportunity: This is an opportunity to help build and shape a newly established Workday Digital Capability Team responsible for the long-term success and evolution of one of the organization's most important enterprise platforms. We are assembling a team of experienced Workday professionals who will serve as functional and technical leaders, driving platform optimization, innovation, governance, and continuous improvement. This is more than a support role-it's an opportunity to influence how Workday capabilities are delivered, help establish best practices, and play a key role in shaping the future direction of the platform. Successful candidates will work closely with business leaders, HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to enhance business processes, solve complex challenges, and unlock new capabilities that deliver value across the organization.
