Edmonton, AB * *AWAKE OVERNIGHT YOUTH WORKER * *(Full-time, Permanent Position)* McMan Youth, Family and Community seeking to recruit dedicated AWAKE OVERNIGHT YOUTH WORKER that will work with children between the ages of 4-11 years old with complex behaviours. Supporting children in a specialized community-based care environment, the Overnight Youth Worker plays a vital role in ensuring safety, stability, and continuity of care during overnight hours. Working within a therapeutic home setting and guided by the CARE (Children and Residential Experiences) Model, the Overnight Youth Worker utilizes a strength-based, solution-focused approach to support the unique needs of each child. This role helps maintain a structured, nurturing environment built on strong relationships, consistency, and individualized care. Responsibilities include providing overnight supervision, responding to the emotional, behavioral, and physical needs of children, supporting established routines, completing accurate documentation, and contributing to a safe and supportive atmosphere that promotes positive child development.
