Inside Sales Consultant ? Impact Print & Promo Inc. *Impact Print & Promo Inc.* is a locally owned and operated print and promotional company in Grande Prairie, Alberta. We help businesses bring their brands to life through custom print, promotional products, apparel, signage, embroidery, vehicle graphics and more. We are growing our team and looking for a confident, organized and customer-focused *Inside Sales Consultant*. This is a hands-on sales and customer service role for someone who enjoys working with people, managing multiple projects and helping turn customer ideas into finished products. What You?ll Do * Assist customers in person, by phone, email and social media * Recommend print, apparel, signage and promotional product solutions * Prepare quotes, estimates, proofs and customer orders * Follow up on quotes, leads and active projects * Develop relationships with new and existing customers * Identify opportunities to grow accounts and generate sales * Gather accurate project details and provide clear, organized instructions to production * Coordinate projects with design, production, embroidery, installation, suppliers and customers * Review and send proofs to customers for approval and accuracy * Keep orders, timelines, pricing and customer information organized * Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns * Receive and organize incoming customer orders and shipments * Help move projects smoothly from the initial inquiry through final completion What We?re Looking For We?re looking for someone who is: * Outgoing, professional and confident working with customers * Organized, detail-oriented and accurate * A strong verbal and written communicator * Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines * Proactive and able to take initiative * Reliable, with a strong work ethic and high level of integrity * Able to follow through and keep projects moving * A problem solver who enjoys finding the right solution for customers * Comfortable working independently and as part of a fast-paced team * Computer literate and comfortable learning new systems * Able to retain information across a wide range of products and services * Professional in both appearance and attitude Experience in *sales, customer service, print, promotional products, apparel, signage or a related industry* is an asset. However, we are also interested in the right person who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
