This is a rewarding opportunity if you have an appreciation for Indigenous culture, a desire for continuing professional development and enjoy the support and collaboration from our multidisciplinary team and various other professionals and agencies. *Duties and Responsibilities:* * Answer switchboard * Schedule trips out of town and locally * MTRS/MTDS data entry daily * Arrange flights * Arrange out-of-town accommodations * Arrange out of town taxi/bus services *Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:* * Good knowledge of office procedures * Be extremely observant to detail and accuracy * Must be able to work in a diverse environment with frequent interruptions * Good written and oral communication skills * Good organizational skills * Must be a team player and able to work with minimal supervision * Confidentiality is strictly enforced * Develop strong relationships and work cooperatively with drivers and clients * Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment * Ability to type 35 wpm * Experience with MS Office databases and other related software applications *Education and Experience:* * High School Education is an asset * 2 years of Clerical experience required * Must be able to do shift work (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays) * Speaking and understanding the Cree language is an asset * Must have reliable transportation *Benefits:* ?
