for the Sudbury office Hybrid Work Arrangement Anticipated Vacancy Permanent, Full Time Position, 35 hours/week Salary range: $24.45 to $29.41 per hour The Children?s Community Network (CCN) is a non-profit agency who provides services to children, youth and their families serving the Districts of Sudbury Manitoulin District, Sault St. Marie, North Bay, Parry Sound, Muskoka. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing agency reception services, by responding to incoming phone calls, answering and distributing voice messages, responding to general inquiries regarding agency programs by community partners and families, meeting clients on arrival and ensuring they are responded to in a timely and welcoming manner.Responsibilities also include providing administrative support to agency staff, managing and updating the agency website, and participating in agency meetings as required. The candidate will create new client files and process incoming referrals, as well as receive and process incoming/outgoing correspondence. The successful candidate will possess a College Level Diploma in Administration or related field and have a minimum of three years of progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience. The candidate must have the ability to work effectively as a member of a team, in a dynamic, client focused work environment. Exceptional organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills are further requirements for this position. The candidate will have significant experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, data management systems, and web content management systems. Bilingualism and excellent oral and written skills in both official languages is required. A valid driver?s license, access to a vehicle, and current insurance are required as travel throughout the assigned area may be expected.
