We are a Exhaust Manufacturing company located in the Toronto area. *(Please call on 647-522-0261 between 9 A.M. - 6 P.M to schedule an interview )* Looking for a specific individual that's capable of being independent. *Requirements:* * Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and proper equipment handling according Global Muffler Standards. * Conduct quality checks on welds for strength, appearance, and compliance with Global Muffler standards. * Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements *What You will get:* * *Pay:* *$20.00?$22.00 per hour* (based on experience and welding test). Experienced welders who demonstrate excellent welding skills, productivity, quality, and reliability may qualify for *up to $22.00/hour*. All positions are subject to a *1-month probationary period*, during which performance, attendance, safety, and work quality will be evaluated. *Qualifications* * Must have at least 1 years of experience with Pipe Welding. * Strong understanding of safety procedures related to welding and manufacturing environments. * Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. * Applicants will need to pass an in house welding test.
