Education: Bachelor's degree. Arts Management. Business administration and management, general. Hospitality administration/management, other. Tourism promotion operations. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Theatre. Budgetary responsibility: $500,001 - $1,500,000. Tasks: Plan and maintain production schedules. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses. Review programs and policies to ensure conformance with regulations. Initiate or approve development of articles, books, films, broadcasts, musical recording and theatre productions. Liaise with authors, composers, producers and directors. Provide staff training. Supervision: 5-10 people. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. MS Word. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Attention to detail. Sitting. Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills. Excellent oral communication. Excellent written communication. Flexibility. Initiative. Judgement. Organized. Team player. Screening questions: Do you have experience working in this field?.
