*J*ob Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide exceptional care and support with daily living activities to our father. He is just returning home after a hospital stay for pneumonia. Your energy, empathy, and attention to detail will make a meaningful difference in his recovery and in helping the family care for him at home. Responsibilities * Assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support * Assistance in the performance of physiotherapy exercises * Assistance in completing two daily walks using a mobilty aid * Provide companionship and dialogue * Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry and maintaining a safe environment * Support him with mobility aids and transfer techniques to prevent falls or injuries * Document care activities, observations, and any changes in health status clearly and promptlySkills * Strong understanding of dementia care strategies * Effective communication skills for collaborating with family members Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour Licence/Certification: * PSW certification (preferred) Work Location: In person Location Oakville , ON Work location On site Salary $ 20.00 to $ 25.00 HOUR hourly Terms of employment Part time Starts as soon as possible vacancies 1 vacancy Source indeed.com #10229406867 Various locations Oakville, ON
