Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. or equivalent experience. Asset languages: Inuktitut. Work setting: Private sector. Law firm. Tasks: Provide basic information to clients and the public. Operate switchboard or telephone system. Record and relay information. Schedule and confirm appointments. Perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Perform data entry. Computer and technology knowledge: Switchboard 1-25 lines. Database software. Electronic mail. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Repetitive tasks. Attention to detail. Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills. Excellent oral communication. Organized. Reliability. Ability to multitask. Maturity.
