We are looking for an organized shipping coordinator to be responsible for all aspects of coordinating the shipment of orders to a wide variety of international destinations. This person would be responsible for planning shipments and establishing and communicating shipping priorities with all relevant parties. Arranging packaging, pick-up, and all transportation requirements with outside carriers. Processing shipping documents, maintaining records, and performing other required shipping administrative tasks to maximize customer satisfaction and actively working to increase shipping efficiencies. *Duties and Responsibilities:* · Package products according to the described steps · Prepare shipping documentation · Tracking shipments · Communicate with clients and shippers and resolve any complaints. · Prepare shipping quotes for customers · Keep a meticulous record of shipment information. · Checks in arriving trucks and generates picklist · Manage related inventories · Participate in team, department, and company-wide meetings as scheduled.
