Acting as a bridge between development and architecture, you'll provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on in the design, development and implementation of complex data solutions. This role combines deep expertise in data engineering, solution architecture, mentoring and platform adoption. It is intended for a senior technical professional who can help guide architectural decisions while remaining actively involved in delivery. Working closely with architects, data consumers, developers, and data producers, you will lead the development and execution of effective skills development programs while providing guidance on overall à la carte training offerings that align with architecturally approved patterns and standards. In this role, you will drive the continuous improvement of training programs by gathering stakeholder feedback, collaborating with product architects on key decisions, and leading the adoption team through implementation activities. As many data consumers require architectural guidance as part of their data modernization journey, this role will be instrumental in addressing that need. You will work in partnership with adoption team architects to understand strategic direction and provide effective architectural support to stakeholders. Acting as a key liaison between product architects and delivery teams, you will ensure that architectural standards, best practices, and strategic objectives are consistently communicated, understood, and applied across initiatives.
