*Qualifications:* *Job Summary* We are looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Millwright to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of equipment within the feed mill. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and possesses strong technical skills. *Duties:* * Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery, including conveyors, pumps, motors, etc. * Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues using schematics, technical manuals, and analysis skills. * Replace bearings, shafts, belts, chains, gearboxes, motors, pulleys, and other mechanical components. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. * Perform welding, cutting, fabrication, and basic machining as required. * Collaborate with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption. * Comply with workplace health and safety regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, confined space requirements, and food safety standards. * Maintain clean and organized work areas. * Participate in emergency breakdown response and on-call schedule as required. * Recommend equipment improvements to increase reliability, efficiency, and productivity. *Qualifications:* * Experience maintaining industrial equipment, preferably in a feed mill, grain handling, food processing, or agricultural manufacturing environment. * Strong mechanical knowledge. * Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics accurately. * Excellent analysis skills with a focus on troubleshooting complex machinery issues efficiently. * Welding and fabrication experience is considered an asset. * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Good communication and organizational skills.
