Overview A private household in Mississauga is seeking a reliable and caring Home Child Care Provider to provide full-time care for children in the employer's home. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the children, supporting their daily routines, preparing meals, organizing age-appropriate activities, and maintaining a safe and healthy home environment. Responsibilities * Supervise and care for children * Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home * Prepare and serve nutritious meals * Organize activities such as games and outings for children * Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development * Take children to and from school and appointments as required * Tend to the emotional well-being of children * Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties * Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents * Cook meals as required Qualifications * No degree, certificate or diploma required * Previous child care experience is an asset * Ability to communicate in English * Reliable, responsible and organized * Able to work independently in a private household environment Work Setting * Employer's home * On-site work * Mississauga, Ontario * Live-out position Applicants who meet the requirements are encouraged to apply with a resume.
