The Nipawin Oasis is looking for a family support worker to be part of this wonderful team we are accepting resumes for those interested in full time position 35-40 hrs a week. You will need the following and be able to demonstrate your:Education and/or experience working with families Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to provide support to familiesProvide education and support for life skills, modeling appropriate boundaries, parenting skills, household managementPromote healthy child development and positive interaction between family membersProvide transportation for participants as neededRecord keeping and maintain confidentialityBe reliable, punctual and responsibleComputer literacyPositive role modelStrong communication, organizational, and time management skillsAwareness of community resources, child development, positive parenting skills and knowledge, stress and interpersonal management.Must have a valid driver's license and criminal record and vulnerable sector check.
