*Job Summary* We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Tax Professional & Office Manager to lead our daily office operations and assist with tax preparation. This dual role is perfect for someone who loves balancing financial tasks with client-facing administrative management. You will keep our office running smoothly while ensuring our clients receive accurate, professional tax services. *Responsibilities* * *Tax Preparation: *Prepare and file accurate personal (T1) tax returns * *Client Relations: *Assisting clients with tax questions or concerns * *Office Operations: *Manage office scheduling, billing, digital filing and administrative workflows. * *Bookkeeping: *Maintain internal financial records and assist clients with basic bookkeeping tasks. *Qualifications & Skills* * *Experience: *Minimum 2 Years of experience preparing Canadian tax returns * *Software: *Proficient with tax software (e.g., Profile, DTMAX) and accounting tools (e.g. Sage, Excel) * *Skills: *Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a welcoming professional demeanor. * *Education: *Certificate or diploma in accounting, bookkeeping, or business administration is preferred but not necessary as candidates can complete the internal H&R Block Tax Academy training program.
