We are seeking a candidate with flexible availability and experience in customer service. This job is a part-time posting, (Saturdays 10 a.m - 5 p.m and Sundays 10 a.m - 4 p.m.). Your ability to fill in on week days in a pinch will be a valuable asset. *Job Duties Include:* Taking reservations, processing rentals and returns of rental moving equipment and vehicles. Take tenant reservations and payments, processing tenant move-ins, move-outs, and unit transfers, keeping up-to-date and accurate tenant files, and contacting late payors. Keeping the office, yard, vacant storage units, and rental moving equipment & vehicles clean and tidy.
