Our team of 2 nurses, 1 MOA dn presently 1 Physician is dedicated to serving our community and the surrounding communities by providing comprehensive preventative, primary, care for patients of all ages. Our small but vibrant family practice is committed to addressing immediate health concerns while considering the social and psychological wellbeing of each patient in a friendly, welcoming environment. Our seasoned nurses support the Physician to optimize preventive health care and to help patient's navigate the health care system easier. *Job Summary* We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Family Physician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will deliver high-quality patient care across a broad spectrum of medical needs, from routine check-ups , no emergent acute care situations and chronic medical care management . Your expertise will help improve patient outcomes through thorough assessments, personalized treatment plans, and effective communication. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the health and wellbeing of our diverse community. Long term care , palliative care , hospital care team opportunities are available in our community if you are interested in these additional care areas. *Duties* * Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including physical exams and medical history reviews * Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions with a focus on patient-centered care * Manage medication administration, pain management, and home care plans tailored to individual needs * Utilize Med Access EMR for accurate documentation and data collection * Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and support staff to coordinate patient care effectively * Perform pediatric assessments and provide age-appropriate treatment for children of all ages * *Experience* * *Proficiency with Med Access electronic health record systems will be a bonus to a *strong *start.* * Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values your expertise and passion for family medicine.
