We?re committed to delivering dependable products and exceptional support to our customers worldwide. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented *Painter* to join our Paint Department. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and finishing manufactured equipment to a high-quality standard, ensuring every product that leaves our facility meets our reputation for durability and craftsmanship. *Responsibilities* * Prepare equipment and parts for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and inspecting surfaces. * Apply primer and finish coats using spray painting equipment. * Ensure consistent paint quality, color, and finish. * Perform touch-ups and minor rework as required. * Maintain paint equipment and keep the work area clean and organized. * Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE. * Work closely with production and quality teams to meet daily production goals. *Qualifications* * Previous industrial or automotive painting experience is preferred. * Experience with spray painting equipment and paint preparation techniques. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Ability to read and follow work instructions. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. * Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
