As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced, results-oriented *Studio Manager*to lead our Toronto studio. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who is passionate about team development, operational excellence, sales performance, and delivering an exceptional client experience. *Position Summary* The Studio Manager is responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the studio. This individual will lead and develop a high-performing team, drive revenue growth, ensure operational consistency, and maintain the elevated service standards that define The Tox brand. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader who excels at coaching teams, improving business performance, and creating a positive, accountable workplace culture. *Key Responsibilities* * Oversee all daily studio operations to ensure an exceptional client experience and efficient business performance. * Recruit, train, coach, and develop front-of-house and technician teams while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. * Drive studio performance through sales leadership, client retention, membership growth, retail sales, and rebooking initiatives. * Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategic action plans. * Manage scheduling, staffing, inventory, supply ordering, and overall operational efficiency. * Maintain company standards, policies, and procedures while ensuring compliance with operational expectations. * Address client concerns professionally and proactively to uphold The Tox's commitment to exceptional service. * Collaborate with corporate leadership to execute marketing initiatives, promotions, new program rollouts, and operational priorities. * Prepare operational reports and communicate business performance, staffing needs, and studio initiatives to leadership. * Lead by example, creating a collaborative, positive, and high-performing team environment. *Qualifications* * Minimum of *2 years of management or leadership experience* in wellness, beauty, hospitality, retail, fitness, or another customer-focused service industry. * Demonstrated success leading teams and achieving sales and operational goals. * Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret performance metrics and drive continuous improvement. * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Highly organized with exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities. * Experience with Mindbody or comparable scheduling and POS software is preferred. * Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. * Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays. *What We Offer* * Competitive compensation * Performance-based bonus opportunities * Comprehensive training and ongoing leadership development * Career advancement opportunities within a rapidly growing wellness brand * Employee discounts on services and retail products * A collaborative, supportive, and growth-focused culture If you are a passionate leader with a commitment to operational excellence, team development, and delivering exceptional client experiences, we invite you to apply and become part of The Tox's continued growth. *Join The Tox and help shape the future of wellness.* Pay: $17.60-$30.00 per hour Work Location: In person Location Toronto , ON Work location On site Salary $ 17.60 to $ 30.00 HOUR hourly Terms of employment Full time Starts as soon as possible vacancies 1 vacancy Source indeed.com #10228655520 Various locations Toronto, ON
