*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant to support our team in providing exceptional care and education to children. The Assistant will play a vital role in creating a nurturing environment that fosters learning and development for all children, including those with disabilities. *Duties* * Assist in the implementation of educational activities that promote learning and development. * Provide support to lead educators in managing classroom dynamics and ensuring a positive learning environment. * Engage with children during activities, encouraging participation and fostering social skills. * Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom space conducive to learning. * Monitor children's progress and behavior, providing feedback to educators as needed. * Support children with special needs, ensuring they receive the appropriate care and attention. * Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns. *Experience* * Previous experience working with children in an educational or caregiving capacity is preferred. * Knowledge of early childhood education principles is beneficial. * Experience supporting individuals with disabilities is a plus. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with children, families, and staff. * A genuine passion for educating and nurturing young minds.
