The Parts Inventory Clerk (PIC) They must be polite, well spoken and maintain a neat personal appearance. The incumbent also fulfills the shipper-receiver role. Being a proactive team player is essential. The incumbent takes direction from the VP of Sales. General duties include but are not limited to: Effectively manage Two Computer based Inventory systems Perform all shipping and receiving functions, e.g. packaging Monitoring & maintaining inventories as well as emergency delivery of parts to technicians in the field Filing, Photocopying, Scanning, Shredding Light office housekeeping Work Setting: Office and industrial workshopWeight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs.)Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Standing/sitting for extended periods of time Bending, crouching & kneeling Moving, handling, packing parts & equipment Dusty, dirty and variable temperature shop environment Work under sustained pressureEssential Skills:Class 5 license and clean drivers abstract as well as ability to provide a criminal record check.
