Born from a passion for nature, hunting, and fishing, we offer a full line of high-quality taxidermy services, including big game, life-size mounts, shoulder mounts, birds, mammals, reptiles, fish, as well as reproductions, dioramas, murals, and custom carpentry. The business operates out of a state of the art studio, recently built in 2022. *Job Summary:* We are currently seeking an experienced, self-sufficient Taxidermist to join our team. This position is *not an apprenticeship or training program*. Applicants *must have extensive, hands-on experience* and be capable of managing the entire taxidermy process independently, from start to finish. *Key Responsibilities:* * Prepare and mount skins of animals (especially mammals) for preservation, scientific, or display purposes. * Handle all stages of the taxidermy process: skinning, fleshing, tanning, form alterations, fitting and mounting hides. * Maintain inventory of birds, mammals, reptiles, and fish. * Assist with research and inventory documentation. * Complete all work efficiently and to a high standard. *Requirements:* * *Minimum 4 years of professional taxidermy experience.* * Proven experience in life-size mammals and shoulder mounts * Manual dexterity and attention to detail are essential. *Additional Information:* * Bonus opportunities based on business performance * Financial Support available for relocation *To Apply:* If you meet the qualifications and are ready to join a passionate, skilled team in a well-established and respected taxidermy studio, we encourage you to apply today.
