Job Description Job Description Our Multidisciplinary Clinic in Winnipeg is a busy establishment that strives to offer a warm environment for both our clients and employees. We currently have 2 physiotherapists, a massage therapist, and a doctor working on our team as clinicians. We are currently seeking to add a medical support/receptionist to our small, but mighty team. The successful candidate will have customer service experience and must work well in a fast-paced environment. This position would be well-suited to individuals looking for full-time, consistent work, and/or those who enjoy working with people and can bring positive energy to our team! This post would be approximately 35 hours per week. ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES: Strong and effective interpersonal skills Ability to work quickly and multi-task Strong attention to detail Experience with social media and/or marketing is considered an asset CLIENT SERVICES SKILLS: Always available to clients Maintains a pleasant and professional image JOB DESCRIPTION/DUTIES Greeting clients with a smile, taking payment and directing them to their rooms Flipping rooms, folding laundry, restocking and general cleaning/tidying Returning patient calls and/or answering the phone to address any client questions/concerns. This includes speaking with new clients and creating their profiles/booking their appointments with the relevant clinician(s).
