Our experienced technicians work throughout the Lower Mainland providing, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and mechanical system service and maintenance. We provide a professional work environment with career advancement for when you are ready to take the next step. *A few quick facts about *Ashton Plumbing, Heating and Air*:* * We are a family business with 95+ employees proudly serving Metro Vancouver for 35+ years. * Our *Residential Team *services homes throughout the Lower Mainland, completing around 10,000 service calls and 600 installations per year. * We have worked for notable companies and several municipal governments including the City of Vancouver, City of Richmond, dWell Property Management and Wynford Properties. To learn more about who we are and our story, please visit: www.callashton.com *Responsibilities* * Complete HVAC in-home, service calls on equipment * Know how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services * Ask the right lifestyle questions to troubleshoot heating and cooling system malfunctions * Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans * Understand your sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals * Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business * Work along side customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business * Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck * Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats * Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations * Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, curbside feedback and option sheets *Qualifications & Requirements* * Knowledge of local HVAC codes and ability to make on-the-job applications * Proven track record in heating and cooling systems * Continued education and training to obtain NATE certification * Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities * Passionate about Ashton and loves the brand * High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections * Strong desires to be a better technician tomorrow than you are today * Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment * Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team * Highly motivated, self-starter who?s flexible and has a great attitude on life * Gas-B ticket would be an asset * Class 5 license with a clean driving record * Ability to pass a criminal record check * Excellent oral and written communication skills.
