Role Description GSG LAW is looking for a *Real Estate Lawyer* to join our team and support our growing Kelowna client base. This is a hybrid role offering flexible hours, ideal for a lawyer seeking reduced or flexible working arrangements without stepping away from meaningful, high-quality file work. You will manage residential and commercial real estate transactions from start to finish, advise clients on property matters, and help expand GSG LAW's presence in the Okanagan. Key Responsibilities * Manage purchase and sale transactions for residential and commercial properties * Prepare and review conveyancing documents, title searches, and closing packages * Advise clients on mortgages, financing, leases, and other real property matters * Conduct due diligence and title/property searches * Liaise with lenders, realtors, notaries, and other counsel to coordinate closings * Draft and negotiate agreements of purchase and sale, and related documentation * Manage a flexible caseload independently, prioritizing deadlines and closing dates Qualifications * Called to the bar in British Columbia and in good standing with the Law Society of BC * Experience in residential and/or commercial real estate transactions * Strong understanding of BC conveyancing practice, title registration, and the Land Title Act * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to manage multiple files independently on a part-time schedule * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, in-office and remotely * Based in or near Kelowna, BC, or able to work the Okanagan region regularly What GSG LAW Offers * A collaborative, fast-growing boutique firm with genuine flexibility * Autonomy and file ownership, tailored to a part-time schedule * Hybrid work flexibility * Competitive compensation commensurate with experience To Apply Please submit your cover letter and resume in confidence to info@gsglawyers.ca.
