Document your work so your team can learn, maintain, and build on it. Continuously learn and grow-with mentorship, collaboration, and exposure to new technologies. Who You Are 2+ years of experience with Python + Django or similar 2+ years working with REST APIs Solid knowledge of SQL databases. SaaS experience (or start-up experience) Experience with web technologies and full stack development. Familiar with Git & Docker (bonus if you've worked in a hybrid/remote environment).
