* Analyze sales data, customer purchasing patterns, product performance, and sales trends to identify opportunities and risks. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and dashboards for management. * Monitor sales performance by *customer, product, territory, salesperson, and market*. * Analyze sales forecasts and compare them with actual sales, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions. * Track customer orders, sales volumes, backorders, cancellations, and order trends. * Analyze product profitability, pricing, margins, discounts, and promotional programs. * Assist the sales team with pricing analysis, quotations, customer reports, and sales presentations. * Review historical sales data to support *production planning and inventory decisions*. * Work closely with the Sales, Production, Purchasing, Inventory, and Accounting departments to ensure sales information is accurate and up to date. * Identify slow-moving products, high-demand products, and changes in customer buying patterns. * Prepare reports on *sales targets, gross margin, revenue, units sold, and customer performance*. * Maintain and update sales databases, pricing information, customer records, and reporting systems. * Support the development of sales budgets, forecasts, and annual sales plans. * Investigate discrepancies between sales orders, invoices, pricing, and customer agreements. * Provide management with data-driven recommendations to improve sales, pricing, product mix, and profitability. * Perform other sales and business analysis duties as required.
