Join our seasoned, multi-generational team and contribute to projects that support both local industry and global operations. *The Role* The Industrial Painter is responsible for preparing and painting sawmill equipment and components using primarily quick-dry enamel and two part epoxy coatings, applied with an air assisted airless spray gun. The successful candidate will take pride in producing high-quality finishes while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. *What You?ll Do* * Work safely and in accordance with all health and safety procedures * Wear and properly use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) * Clean, prepare, and mask equipment and components prior to painting * Operate, clean, and maintain painting equipment and tools * Apply paint to the required thickness using air-assisted airless and electrostatic spray equipment * Inspect finished products and perform touch-ups or corrections as required * Maintain a clean and organized painting area * Operate overhead cranes and forklifts as required * Follow established quality standards and painting specifications *What You?ll Bring* * Minimum 1 year of industrial painting experience or equivalent experience * Experience with spray painting equipment and techniques * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * Reliable attendance and punctuality * Ability and willingness to work overtime as required * Commitment to working safely and following company procedures *What We Offer* At TS Manufacturing, you?re not just a number ? you?re part of the team.
