At Demo Works, we invest in our team members, offering opportunities for growth and advancement into leadership and management positions. *Responsibilities* * Perform physical labour efficiently and responsibly. * Work effectively within a team under supervision. * Carry out various construction and demolition tasks. * Operate power tools and hand tools safely and competently. * Clean and maintain tools and equipment as needed. * Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures. * Arrive to work on time according to the schedule. * Be available for night or weekend shifts when required. * Show a willingness to learn and progress into management roles. *Health & Safety* _(Training will be provided to successful candidates.
