This position is essential to proper base preparation and final grading, ensuring projects are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule. *If you?re dependable, safety-focused, and take pride in doing quality work, this is a great opportunity to join a company that values experience and teamwork.* *Duties* * Operate *grader* equipment efficiently to level and prepare surfaces for paving and construction activities. * Assist with *paving* operations by ensuring proper grading and surface smoothness. * Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure safe and optimal operation. * Collaborate with team members to execute site plans accurately, maintaining safety standards at all times. * Use *mechanical knowledge* to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic repairs when necessary. * Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols throughout all tasks. *Qualifications* * Proven experience operating *grader* equipment, with familiarity in *grader operation* techniques. * Experience in *paving*, site grading, and general *construction* activities preferred. * Valid commercial driver?s license (CDL) or relevant licensing for operating large equipment is a plus. * Knowledge of safety procedures related to heavy equipment use on construction sites. * Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
