Job Description Job Description We are seeking a high-performing Account Executive with experience in B2B SaaS sales and a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and automation solutions. This is a full-cycle sales role focused on pipeline generation, consultative selling, and closing enterprise deals across telecom and healthcare industries. What You will Be Doing This is a full-cycle sales role. You'll own your pipeline from the first cold outreach to the signed deal, and then stay close enough that clients come back. Here's what the day-to-day actually looks like: Going out and finding business, not sitting around waiting for inbound leads. LinkedIn, AI communities, industry events, referrals, you name it. Having honest conversations with decision-makers about what AI can and can't do for their business, and helping them see what's actually possible. Selling outcomes, not features. No one cares about our tech stack. They care about cutting costs, moving faster, or doing something they couldn't do before. That's what you sell. Bringing opportunities across our full service mix: AI consulting, agentic workflows, QA and testing, UI/UX, and custom development. Working closely with our UI/UX and engineering leads so client expectations are set right from the start. No surprises down the line. Running demos that feel like a real conversation, not a PowerPoint marathon. Show people the product, answer hard questions, and make it real for them. Keeping your ear to the ground on what's moving in AI: new tools, new models, new use cases. You should be the person your clients call when they want to know what's worth paying attention to. What We are Looking For We're not looking for someone who can recite a sales playbook. We're looking for someone who's genuinely excited about where AI is going and knows how to bring other people along for the ride. You're probably a good fit if: You've sold B2B SaaS or technology solutions for at least 2 years and have the closed deals to show for it. You know enough about AI (agents, LLMs, automation) to have a credible conversation with a CTO or Head of Operations. You don't need to build it, but you need to get it. You understand what outcomes-based or consumption-based pricing actually means and can explain it simply to someone who's never heard of it. You're comfortable building pipeline from scratch using modern channels: LinkedIn, social selling, community engagement, thought leadership content. You can walk into a room (or a Zoom call) with a CFO and an engineer at the same time and hold both their attention. You've worked with product or UX teams before and understand why it matters that sales and design are aligned. Telecom or healthcare experience is a bonus, but it's not a dealbreaker. The Kind of Person Who will Thrive Here We're a small team, which means you'll have real visibility and real impact, but also real accountability. The people who do well here tend to share a few things in common: They go looking for problems to solve instead of waiting to be assigned them. They're genuinely curious about AI and technology. They read about it, talk about it, follow it on social media because they want to, not because their boss told them to. They can handle 'no' without taking it personally and use it to get smarter about the next conversation. They care about doing right by clients. Not just closing the deal, but making sure what we promised actually gets delivered. They communicate clearly and don't hide behind jargon. WorkMundi's database shows 74,689 open sales positions globally. India leads with 17,483 jobs, followed by the US with 13,876. If you're open to geography, you have real options — but the sheer number means you need a filter. Don't apply to everything. Pick a country, a company size, and a sales model that matches what you actually want to do.
Almost 8 in 10 of these ads have their text written in English. That's useful for reading the job description and understanding what you're signing up for. But it tells you nothing about whether the role requires you to speak English with customers, partners, or your team. Ask the hiring manager directly during your first conversation.
The employers posting the most are boxlunch, SIMPLE RECRUIT, FlexBoard, and tmobile. If you see their name on a listing, you know they're actively hiring. That can work in your favor — high-volume recruiters often move faster. But volume also means competition. Your application needs to stand out.
Sales interviews almost always include a version of this: 'Tell me about a time you lost a deal. What did you learn?' Prepare a real story where you take ownership of what went wrong and what you'd do differently. Hiring managers want to see you learn, not just win.
