Irving CNB Woodlands is seeking experienced Cooks and Cook Assistants to join out dynamic team at our Deersdale Camp location.RESPONSIBILITIESAssist Head Cook as required.Prepare daily meals (breakfast, lunch, supper) for a large crew.Manage food inventory and supplies, ensuring efficiency and minimal waste.Maintain top-notch cleanliness and food safety standards in all kitchen operations.Accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences whenever possible.Work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.QUALIFICATIONS2-5 years of Culinary ExperienceExperience cooking for large groups, ideally in camp or remote settings.Solid knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.Ability to work long hours and adapt to changing conditions.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
