Job Description Job Description The Junior Commercial HVAC Dispatcher plays a crucial role in supporting a small team of dispatchers by coordinating service calls and ensuring efficient communication between customers and technicians. Reporting directly to the Dispatch Manager, this role focuses on managing schedules, tracking orders, and resolving issues to maintain a high level of service in the commercial HVAC sector. Responsibilities Coordinate dispatch activities for HVAC service requests Communicate with customers to confirm and update appointment details Schedule and prioritize technician assignments Support technicians by providing timely information and resources Track orders and monitor job progress Perform accurate data entry for dispatch records Resolve issues and address customer or technician concerns promptly Prepare reports related to dispatch operations and performance Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in HVAC dispatching High school diploma or equivalent \nCompany Description Skilled in all aspects of Refrigeration Systems, Fabrication and Installation of sheet metal ductwork and fittings, all position welding and high and low pressure Gas Fitting.
