This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional passionate about hospitality, food service management, and team development to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment. *Responsibilities* * Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and ensuring smooth shift transitions. * Lead and motivate a diverse team of servers, cooks, and support staff through effective training, coaching, and development initiatives. * Oversee food preparation processes to ensure quality standards are met consistently across all menu items. * Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability. * Handle cash transactions accurately using QSS POS, including cash handling and reconciliation. * Enforce food safety protocols and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests. * Coordinate with kitchen management to streamline food production, catering services, and special event setups like banquets. * Supervise customer service delivery to guarantee guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. * Monitor budget adherence and implement cost-control measures without compromising quality or service standards. * Conduct interviews and participate in hiring processes to build a skilled and motivated team aligned with the restaurant?s values. *Skills* * Extensive experience in food industry management with a strong background in restaurant operations, including casual dining, fine dining, or quick service environments. * Proven leadership skills with experience supervising teams in hospitality or food service settings. * Proficiency in food preparation techniques, culinary processes, and kitchen management practices. * Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing. * Strong knowledge of inventory control, food safety regulations, and sanitation standards. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally. * Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively through shift management and team coordination. * Experience with budgeting, cost control, staff training & development, and food handling procedures. * Exceptional communication skills for interviewing candidates, training staff, and collaborating with other departments.
