Who You AreExperience in harm reduction (usually acquired over a period of 1-3 years) Experience working with Indigenous community leadership, health professionals and communities (Preferably in the James and Hudson Bay region) Knowledge and understanding of trauma-informed care/practice and the intergenerational effects and impacts of colonization.
