In this role, you will manage and nurture Key Account relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business growth. As a key point of contact for clients, you will balance strategic and tactical responsibilities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and value.What You?ll Be DoingClient Relationship Management:Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building enduring business relationships at all levels.Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and needs to provide tailored solutions.Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, resolve issues, and offer insights on opportunities for growth.Account Growth & Retention:Adhering to a sales strategy plan to meet/exceed Quarterly KPIs; closing distribution and driving active users counts.
