This individual will collaborate closely with our sales representatives, partners and clients to understand their technical requirements, address inquiries, and offer comprehensive solutions that meet their needs. Additionally, they will serve as a key liaison between our customers, partners and internal technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment to deliver exceptional service and support.Key Responsibilities· Act as the primary technical point of contact for sales inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to customer questions and concerns.· Collaborate with sales representatives to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions to meet their needs.· Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and product overviews to prospective clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of our products and services.· Assist in the development of sales proposals, quotes, and product configurations, leveraging your technical expertise to tailor solutions to customer specifications.· Conduct product trainings and workshops for sales teams to enhance their understanding of technical features and benefits.· Provide post-sales technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution of customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.· Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products and maintain a competitive edge in the market.· Assist in the development of sales engagement tools.· Travel expected in North America with both existing accounts and the pursute of new account opportunities.· Other duties may be assigned.Qualifications· Bachelor?s degree in mechanical engineering, or related field.
