A Youth Worker plays a key role in developing and maintaining programs for youth, building community partnerships and staying connected to the youth. The starting salary range for this staff position is $34,500 to $37,000. It is determined on a scale based on education and experience (0-5 years). It is 100% funded on a missionary basis?requiring the successful applicant to develop a network of ministry partners for funding and support purposes. Benefits are available.
