Position Overview This is a pure inside sales role, responsible for managing inbound leads, triaging opportunities, and supporting renewals for a portion of our customer base. The Inside Sales Specialist will be the primary point of contact for these customers, ensuring seamless renewals, opportunity progression, and day-to-day sales execution. You will work directly with Account Managers and Account Executives and sales leadership to keep deals moving, follow up with prospects, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Key Responsibilities Renewals Own the renewal process for all accounts below a defined level of Monthly Recurring Revenue, including outreach, quoting, and contract execution. Proactively engage customers ahead of renewal dates to ensure timely and seamless contract extensions. Identify upsell and expansion opportunities during renewal conversations and coordinate with Account Executives as needed. Maintain accurate renewal pipeline notes in the CRM. Inbound Lead Management & Triage Respond promptly to inbound leads and qualification requests. Conduct initial discovery calls and needs assessments to triage opportunities. Qualify and prioritize leads based on fit, urgency, and potential. Book meetings for Account Executives and technical teams as appropriate. Opportunity Progression & Sales Support Assist with opportunity progression and next-step coordination for all inbound and renewal accounts. Prepare customer-facing materials, quotes, and proposals for renewals and new opportunities. Track deal activity and ensure timely follow-ups. Re-engage stalled or inactive opportunities to maximize pipeline conversion. Customer Interaction & Accountability Act as a consistent point of contact for prospects and renewal customers during early sales stages. Coordinate demos, site tours, and technical discussions for inbound and renewal accounts. Support expansions and upsell conversations for accounts. Experience / Qualifications 2?5 years experience in inside sales, BDR, sales support, or customer-facing roles. Comfort engaging customers by phone, email, and LinkedIn. Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple deals and conversations at once. Interest or experience in technology, cloud, data centres, or infrastructure.
