As a Digital Experience Coordinator at SPC Student Price Card Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and rewarding SPC membership experience for students across Canada. This multifaceted role involves a combination of customer service, deployment and project management support, quality assurance, testing, and collaboration with the tech team. Also, you will engage in other activities like research, quality control, reporting, and feasibility exploration. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Service (60%) Interact with digital membership users to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Provide timely and effective responses through various communication channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive customer experience. 2. Deployment & Project Management Support (10%) Assist in the deployment of digital membership features and updates. Support project managers in coordinating tasks, timelines, and project documentation. Contribute to the successful execution of digital initiatives by working closely with internal stakeholders. 3. Quality Assurance, Testing, and Tech Team Support (20%) Conduct thorough quality assurance testing on digital platforms, identifying and documenting issues. Collaborate with the tech team to address and resolve technical issues. Provide support during the development and implementation of new features. 4. Other (10%) Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Generate reports to analyze user engagement and platform performance. Explore feasibility of new features or improvements to the digital membership experience. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
