This role offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors in diverse settings while applying your horticultural knowledge and technical skills to make a tangible difference. *Responsibilities* * Perform tree pruning, trimming, cabling, bracing, and removal using industry-standard techniques and equipment. * Conduct rigging operations safely to lower large limbs or trees during removal or maintenance activities. * Operate bucket trucks and bucket lifts efficiently for elevated work tasks while ensuring safety protocols are followed. * Engage in landscape maintenance activities including planting new trees, mulching, fertilizing, and pest management. * Apply horticultural principles to diagnose tree health issues and recommend appropriate treatments or interventions. * Coordinate with team members to ensure safe rigging practices and proper use of tools and machinery at all times. *Qualifications* * Proven experience as an Arborist or in a related landscape maintenance role with a strong understanding of horticulture principles. * Certification in Arboriculture (such as ISA Certified Arborist) is highly preferred. * Demonstrated ability to operate bucket trucks, lifts, and other specialized equipment safely. * Knowledge of rigging techniques for tree work. * Experience with landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, fertilizing, and pest control. * Strong physical fitness with the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods. * Excellent communication skills and a commitment to safety standards at all times. * Candidates must have a strong work ethic.
