*Registered Psychologist (Contractor)* _Vitality Chiropractic & Counselling_ is a multidisciplinary clinic in NW Calgary near U of C and SAIT. We provide holistic, evidence-informed care grounded in a biopsychosocial-spiritual approach, supporting the whole person?mind, body, and life context. We are seeking a *Registered Psychologist (or Provisional Psychologist)* who is compassionate, grounded, and aligned with a *client-centered approach to care*. This role is ideal for someone who values clinical autonomy, meaningful therapeutic relationships, and the ability to build a long-term private practice within a supportive clinical setting. We value a *diversity of therapeutic styles and approaches*, and are looking for practitioners who bring their own clinical strengths while contributing to a well-rounded and collaborative environment. *Responsibilities* * Provide psychological services, including individual and/or couples therapy (or a combination of both) * Work with clients to understand presenting concerns and develop appropriate treatment plans * Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation * Support clients in developing emotional wellness, insight, and coping strategies * Manage and grow a private caseload * Maintain professional standards and ongoing learning *Qualifications* * Registered Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists * Experience in clinical practice (new and experienced practitioners welcome) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and manage a private caseload * Commitment to ethical, client-centered care *Assets (not required):* * EMDR or trauma-focused training * Couples therapy experience * Experience in private practice or outpatient settings * Punjabi and/or Hindi speaking ability *What We Offer* * Independent contractor, autonomy-based practice environment * Flexible scheduling * Competitive percentage-based compensation (*approximately 60?70% split*, depending on experience and caseload development) * Professional clinical office space in NW Calgary * Online booking and practice management system (JaneApp) * Supportive, respectful, and collaborative clinic environment * Opportunity to build and sustain a long-term private practice within the clinic *Join Us* If you are passionate about providing compassionate, client-centered psychological care and want the freedom to practice in your own style within a supportive setting, we would love to hear from you.
