Under the direction of the Front of House Management Team, Bottle Servers are responsible for delivering a high-energy, VIP-level service experience. This role goes beyond traditional table service?Bottle Servers are expected to drive sales, engage with guests, and contribute to the upbeat, party-style atmosphere that defines Open Aera.PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESCreate a fun, engaging, and memorable guest experience while maintaining professional and polished servicePromote and sell bottle service and premium beverages with confidence and product knowledgeMaintain a strong presence on the floor, proactively checking in with guests and responding quickly to requestsEnsure accuracy when entering orders into the POS systemMonitor beverage quality, presentation, and table setup to meet brand standardsMaintain cleanliness and organization of your section and service areas throughout the shiftFollow all food safety, alcohol service, and venue policies at all timesBe attentive to guest needs, including special requests and allergiesComplete opening, closing, and side duties efficiently and safelyPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum 2 years of serving or bottle service experience in a high-volume, nightlife, or lounge environmentSmart Serve certification requiredAbility to work late-night shifts, weekends, and holidays based on business needsStrong sales ability and comfort working with high-value transactionsConfident, outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to stay composed and professional in loud, crowded, fast-paced settingsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsHigh attention to detail and presentationSolid knowledge of spirits, champagne, and premium beverage service considered an assetAdditional InformationThis is a current vacancy.Wage: $17.60 + shared gratuitiesAI DisclosureTo ensure a fair and efficient recruitment process, some aspects of candidate screening may be conducted using AI software.
