Job description: ASEES Trucking Services Inc. is urgently seeking Long Haul Truck USA RUN Drivers for Reefer , Dry Van to start work immediately! Based out of our home terminal in Edmonton AB and surrounding areas ,we haul all type of freight from Canada and the United States. Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent. _*Job Summary and requirements*_ Valid Class 1 Driver's License with Air Brake. *Endorsement and MINIMUM 1 year experience In class 1* *Valid passport and ability to lawfully enter the United States.* Drivers will be required to pass a pre-employment drug test (US DOT requirement). *MUST ABLE TO DRIVE IN WINTERS CONDITIONS.* *Duties and Responsibilities* Operate and drive company trucks as part of a two-person team to transport goods to locations across Canada and the United States. Perform pre-trip inspections of the truck, vehicle systems and equipment, including cold storage, brakes, tires and lights. Oversee the condition of vehicle equipment, loading and unloading of goods and ensuring the safe delivery of cargo. Ensure that all documentation and permits are in order when driving US routes. Ensure the accurate recording of cargo information, distance logs, fuel consumption and expenses into log books.
