Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Air Brakes Endorsement. Driver's License (Class 1 or A). Documentation knowledge: Accident or incident reports. Bill of lading. Driver logbook. Inspection report (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip). Maintenance and repair reports. Trip reports. Type of trucking and equipment: Dry bulk. Flatbed. Refrigerated. Tractor-trailer. Communication systems experience: Operate GPS (Global Positioning System) and other navigation equipment. Security and safety: Driving record check (abstract).
