*Overview* Responsible for maintaining and optimizing cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring systems, databases, and middleware to ensure the stability, security, and high availability of core trading services. The role also involves incident response, performance tuning, disaster recovery, and security operations in a fast-paced 24/7 trading environment. *Responsibilities:* 1. Responsible for the daily operations, deployment, and capacity planning of servers and cloud infrastructure related to the trading system, including AWS EC2, EKS, RDS, etc., ensuring high availability and stable operation of core trading services. 2. Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab CI to improve the development team's delivery efficiency and release quality. 3. Build and maintain monitoring and alerting systems using Prometheus, Grafana, distributed tracing, and other tools. Establish proactive incident detection mechanisms and lead incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews for production issues. 4. Perform performance tuning, disaster recovery, backup, and stability management for databases such as MySQL/Aurora and Redis, as well as middleware such as Kafka/RocketMQ. Ensure the system can effectively handle high read/write loads, particularly during peak trading periods. 5. Handle system security-related operations, including basic network security protection, intrusion detection, DDoS protection, certificate and key management, and support security audits and risk assessments. *Requirements:* 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with 1?2 years of experience in DevOps, Operations, SRE, or a related role. 2. 1?2 years of recent experience working in an Operations/DevOps role within a software development company. Experience in Web3 or cryptocurrency exchanges is highly preferred, particularly with perpetual futures, spot trading, or tokenized stock products. 3. Strong knowledge of Linux system administration and Shell scripting/automation. Familiarity with core AWS services, including EC2, VPC, EKS, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, etc. 4. Experience operating and maintaining mainstream middleware such as Redis, Kafka/RocketMQ, and Nginx. Experience with database performance tuning, particularly MySQL/Aurora, is required. Knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases is a plus. 5. Experience building and maintaining monitoring systems using Prometheus and Grafana. Able to independently troubleshoot production incidents and handle emergency responses. 6. Basic knowledge of network security, including intrusion detection, DDoS attack protection, and security incident analysis. 7. Backend development experience is preferred. Familiarity with one or more programming languages such as Java, Go, or Python is a plus. 8. Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and strong cross-functional communication skills. Able to adapt to the 24/7 operational support requirements of a cryptocurrency exchange. *9. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
