Our mission is to support industries with reliable and innovative mechanical services while fostering a workplace that values expertise, growth, and collaboration. *Summary* The Oil Burner Technician will troubleshoot, install , repair and preventative maintenance on all oil products and services. *Responsibilities & Duties* * Prioritize in depth inspections and accruing a correctives list of the deficiencies present on the system * Strong HVAC background with experience in mechanical ventilation maintenance and corrective repairs * Ability to service, replace, and troubleshoot suspended ventilation, fans, motors, belts, dampers, actuators, and corrosion impacted components * Experience with industrial air handling units, duct inspections, balancing, and mechanical integrity assessments * Familiarity with control platforms such as Reliable Controls and Wonderware (bonus but can be trained as well) * Ability to update JDE (work order platform), complete documentation, and maintain compliance with engineering and operational standards * Ability to assess, maintain, and troubleshoot centrifugal supply and exhaust fans, including models such as Comefri ATZAF 49 T2 with a capacity of 80,000 CFM *Qualifications & Experience* * OBT1 Certification * Experience with Burners, Furnaces and other Oil fired equipment * Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and strong communication skills, both written and verbal * Demonstrated ability to work as part of the team * 4th Class Power Engineering ticket would be an advantage * Valid Driver?s License Work Location: 2 weeks on 2 weeks off For more information about our company, please visit our website at www._psltd.ca_ Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $50.00-$52.84 per hour Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance * RRSP match * Vision care Application question(s): * Do you hold a valid OBT-1 certification issued by the TSSA?
