Measure distance, volume, length and weight. Operate computer controlled equipment. Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment. Prepare accident reports. Secure special attachments to equipment. Operate GPS (Global Positioning System) and other navigation equipment. Operate two-way radios and other communication equipment. Perform minor repairs to equipment. Type of heavy equipment operated: Backhoe excavator, loader. Security and safety: Driving record check (abstract). Medical exam. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence.
