Location: Waterloo, Ontario Company: Ashraf Dentistry Hours: * Mondays 9am -6pm * Tuesdays 9am -6pm * Wednesdays 10am - 8pm * Thursdays 10am -8pm * Fridays - off * Saturdays -2 times a month 9am -4pm Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, detail-oriented, and a team player. As a Dental Assistant at Ashraf Dentistry, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dentists and ensuring a positive patient experience. Responsibilities: * Assist the dentist during dental procedures * Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations * Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment * Take dental X-rays * Record patient medical histories and update dental records * Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care * Schedule appointments and manage patient flow * Provide excellent patient care and ensure patient comfort Qualifications: * Previous experience as a Dental Assistant preferred * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in dental Tracker * Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment * High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities * Commitment to providing exceptional patient care Benefits: * Competitive salary * Opportunities for professional development and continuing education * Friendly and supportive team environment We look forward to meeting you!
