*AZ TRUCK DRIVERS ? IMMEDIATE HIRING * The Bignucolo Group of Companies is actively hiring experienced AZ Truck Drivers to support growing operations. If you are looking for steady work, flexible scheduling, and a company that respects your time on and off the road, we want to hear from you. *Location: * Chapleau, ON *What We Offer: * - $30.00/hour + Safety Bonus - Weekly pay (consistent, on time) - Full benefits package - Accommodations provided *Schedule & Work-Life Balance: * - Flexible rotations (day and night shifts available) - Consistent, predictable work - Scheduling designed to support reliable home time *Equipment:* - Clean, well-maintained fleet - Organized operations to reduce downtime and frustration *Duties and Responsibilities: * - Safely operate AZ dump trucks in mine site and haul road environments - Transport material such as ore, aggregate, waste rock, or overburden as assigned - Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete required logs - Follow all mine site safety procedures, radio protocols, and traffic rules - Maintain constant awareness of changing site conditions (weather, haul roads, traffic, etc.) - Properly load, secure and dump materials in designated areas - Communicate clearly with dispatch, supervisors, and site personnel - Report equipment defects, safety concerns, or incidents immediately - Ensure truck is kept clean and in good working condition - Adhere strictly to all company, client, and site-specific safety policies and procedures - Support production targets while maintaining a strong-safety first mindset *Requirements: * - Valid AZ License - Minimum of 3 years of driving experience - Strong working knowledge of various dump trailers including triaxle and pup - Proven safety record - Reliable, professional, and self-sufficient *Why Join Us? * We understand that drivers have different needs.
